Welcome to Fashion Rental. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. Booking & Payment

• A full or partial payment is mandatory to confirm your booking.

• All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Advance payments are strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation.

2. Rental Duration

• The standard rental duration is 2–3 days (custom duration may be available on request).

• Late returns will attract additional charges on a per-day basis.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required for each outfit.

• The deposit will be refunded after a quality check of the returned outfit.

4. Outfit Condition

• The outfit must be returned in the same condition as provided.

• Any damage such as stains, tears, or missing items may result in deductions or full replacement charges.

5. Trial & Fitting

• Trial facility is available in-store prior to booking.

• Minor alterations may be provided where possible.

• Major modifications to rental outfits are not permitted.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability only.

7. Responsibility

• The customer holds full responsibility for the outfit from pickup until return.

• In case of loss or severe damage, the full cost of the outfit will be charged.

8. Hygiene & Cleaning

• All outfits are professionally dry-cleaned before delivery.

• Customers are advised not to wash or dry-clean the outfit themselves.

9. Pickup & Return

• Outfits must be collected and returned as per the agreed schedule.

• Delayed returns may lead to penalties and affect future bookings.

10. ID Proof

• A valid government-issued ID proof is required at the time of booking.

11. Usage

• Outfits are strictly intended for personal use only.

• Sub-renting or commercial usage without prior approval is prohibited.

12. Acceptance of Terms

• By renting an outfit from us, you acknowledge and agree to all the above terms and conditions.
